Scott Miller is associate general manager – electric supply at City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri. He has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Scott joined City Utilities in 2002 and is responsible for electric generation, power supply, fuels and transmission planning.
He has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in business administration from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. He serves on the executive committee of the Missouri Public Utility Alliance, chairs the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission, represents City Utilities on the American Public Power Association Engineering and Operating Committee and is a member of the Southwest Power Resource Association.
Scott is actively involved in the Springfield community through the Chamber of Commerce Board, Leadership Springfield Board, Rotary and Non-Profit Roundtable.
